11 Albertans headed to Burnaby in early March for a Canada Soccer identification camp. The main goal for these camps is to widen the talent pool that has been put together in collaboration and cooperation with the Provincial Associations and professional clubs. Overall, 23 players were called to the camp from BC, Alberta, Saskatchewan and Manitoba and we were quite pleased with the strong Alberta numbers. In addition to the players attending, Technical Director of Calgary Foothills Soccer Club and RPC South Coach Tommy Wheeldon Jr. was invited to represent Alberta on the coaching side. Players attending this camp include one of our Warrior players. Congratulaitons to Riju Roy!
